Do you want to replace unhealthy sugar-free energy drinks and diet soda?
Or do you just want to try something new?
This drink is healthy and delicious and you can easily make it yourself with or without caffeine.
I wish we could buy this in an eating and/or drinking establishment. For now though, it's super simple and cheap to whip up.
It's really refreshing and actually tastes a lot better than diet soda or energy drinks.
One more thing I want to tell you about the drink is that I find over and over again, if I make a habit of drinking it daily, my joint pain and my mild eczema simply disappear.
Maybe it's the apple cider vinegar or the green powder I use, or maybe it's positive thinking, I don't care because it works and I actually pick it up and drink it because of the flavor and the thirst-quenching properties.
The Ultimate Energy Drink
You'll need:
1 Tbsp. organic cold-pressed apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. 100% organic lemon juice (no sugar added)
Stevia to taste
1/2 scoop green food powder (like amazing grass lemon- lime) with or without caffeine
buffered vitamin c powder
(I use about 2,000 mg but that's up to you)
8 oz. water
ice
Put all of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake (or stir till blended well)
Pour into a 16 oz. glass and add ice. Top with water, stir and garnish with a fresh strawberry and/or a lemon slice
