The Only 2 Rules I Used To Lose 100 lbs.

Nanci J Bradley

Below are my before and after pictures. I lost 100 lbs over 12 years ago and kept if off by using these 2 "secrets". I'm giving them to you today because I want you to feel good and confident.

I've been a child and family educator for over 43 years now so I know what it's like to be too busy to help myself. That's why I try to streamline things for you the best I can.

The 2 secrets below are based on years and years of my own reading, research and trial and error. I hope they make it easier for you to be your best SELF.

Secret #1

Only keep track of one thing. Net Carbs. Stay under 30 net carbs per day and you'll probably start losing weight very quickly. Get an app or a little book to do this and you're set.

Secret #2 Eat more fat. Yes, that's right. Eat all kinds of fats. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, eat only healthy plant or dairy fats. If you're an omnivore, eat all kinds of healthy plant and animal fats. Fat doesn't hurt your heart health or your weight loss efforts as much as sugar does and when we cut down on fat, we automatically eat more sugar.

Some people have a hard time ingesting more fat these days because we've been so brainwashed against it by the sugar and grain industries. It's a new (old) way of eating that most of us aren't used to.

Most people I talk to say the exact same thing. "That's fine for you but It would never work for me.

How do they know that, if they don't try?

12 years ago I developed a secret dessert recipe for quick and easy weight loss. If you want to see it you can

You'll be able to view it right away! It's tasty, vegan, healthy and it works!

I'm 38 in the blue shirt below. In the purple shirt with the star, I'm 57. I 'm 60 now and still the same weight as 57 and I've got more energy than I had when I was in high school.
