FEEL GOOD FOR FREE WITH THIS RECIPE

In our effort to make everyone's life a little better, we want to share a recipe we love to make a simple, healthy and quick bread. We hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS 

2 organic eggs

6 TBSP organic ground flax meal  

2 TBSP finely ground almond meal

¼ tsp stevia (optional)

¼ tsp salt (also optional)

DIRECTIONS

In a 6x8 rectangular microwaveable dish add all the ingredients and beat with a fork until mostly creamy.  Then cook in the microwave on high for about 2.5 minutes.  (time may vary, based on 1100 watts).  Cut into fourths and enjoy!  I like it best topped with cream cheese and but the options are endless.
